General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements made by Tinnemia and its customers through www.tinne-mia.nl with all its sub-domains.
No agreement can be created without your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By placing an order with the Tinnemia webshop, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.
Tinnemia cannot guarantee that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Nor can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Tinnemia may adjust the content of the site at any time.
The colors on your screen may differ from the original product. This depends, among other things, on your computer's settings. We do our utmost best to display the correct colors on our webshop.

All prices are in Euros, including Dutch VAT of 21% and excluding shipping costs.
We accept payments via Ideal (Netherlands), Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires, Belfius, KBC, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Giropay.
Shipping costs will be added to your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail.

Items ordered on www.tinne-mia.nl are delivered from Monday to Saturday by PostNL or UPS.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Delivery time starts as soon as Tinnemia has received payment from the customer.
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of your payment. We work from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
Customers outside the EU should note that import costs must be paid. These are at the customer's expense.
If the customer refuses the order, any costs incurred are at the customer's expense.

Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
A return must always be registered digitally via the Shopify environment or by email to webshop@tinne-mia.nl, otherwise the refund may be delayed.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returns are only accepted if all labels are intact and attached. Tinnemia will not take back items from which the labels have been removed.
After 14 working days Tinnemia assumes that the customer has agreed to the order.
Shipping costs for returned goods are at the customer's expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
Tinnemia is not responsible for damage, theft or loss of returns.
Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of delivery.

In case of force majeure, Tinnemia has the right to dissolve the agreement between Tinnemia and the customer. Force majeure is a serious impediment at Tinnemia or transport stagnation.

This website and all sub-domains are the intellectual property of Tinnemia. Nothing may be copied or used without the permission of Tinnemia.

Personal information will be stored and handled with care, will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order.
Tinnemia webshop uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in information transfer to process orders.

This website uses cookies for user-friendliness. Cookies ensure that the country you have chosen is remembered, ensure that the contents of the shopping cart are saved and ensure that you remain logged in.
