General

• Tinne+Mia is registered under Toffe Madammen at the Chamber of Commerce in Breda under number 20122045 and VAT number NL165935157B02.
• These general terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements made by Tinne+Mia and its customers through www.tinne-mia.nl and all its subdomains.
• No agreement can be created without your agreement to these terms and conditions.
• By placing an order at the Tinne+Mia webshop, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.
• Tinne+Mia cannot guarantee that the content of the site is always free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Nor can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Tinne+Mia may modify the content of the site at any time.
• The colors on your screen may differ from the original product. This depends, among other things, on your computer's settings. We do our utmost to display the correct colors in our webshop.

Payment

• All prices are in Euros, including 21% Dutch VAT and excluding shipping costs.
• We accept payments via Ideal (Netherlands), Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires, Belfius, KBC, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Giropay, Sofort banking.
• Shipping costs will be added to your order.
• After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by email.
• Payments are processed by Mollie, internet checkout.

Delivery

• Items ordered on www.tinne-mia.nl are delivered by PostNL from Monday to Saturday.
• After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery time starts as soon as Tinne+Mia has received payment from the customer.
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment. We operate Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
• Customers outside the EU should be aware that import duties will be charged. These are the responsibility of the customer.
• If the customer refuses the order, any costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Returns

• Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery.
• A return must always be registered digitally and sent in accordance with the return procedure , otherwise the refund may be delayed.
• The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if all labels are intact and attached. Tinne+Mia will not accept returns of items with removed labels.
• After 14 working days, Tinne+Mia assumes that the customer has agreed to the order.
• Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you include a tracking number with your return shipment.
• Tinne+Mia is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of returns.
• Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be issued within 30 days of delivery.

Force majeur

• In the event of force majeure, Tinne+Mia has the right to terminate the agreement between Tinne+Mia and the customer. Force majeure constitutes a serious impediment to Tinne+Mia's operations or causes transport delays.

Intellectual Property

• This website and all subdomains are the intellectual property of Tinne+Mia. Nothing may be copied or used without Tinne+Mia's permission.

Privacy

• Personal information will be stored and handled with care, will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order.
• Tinne+Mia webshop uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for transferring information to process orders.

Cookies

• This website uses cookies for user-friendliness. Cookies remember your chosen country, save your shopping cart contents, and keep you logged in.
